Ndolwane Music Production is owned by Martin Sibanda and Charles Ndebele, is the business arm of Ndolwane Super Sounds a music band based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Started in 1993, Ndolwane Super Sounds, the band has grown to a regional music performance and production company with over 100,000 fans and clients in Southern Africa and boasts a number of very successful projects and a string of accolades that form a very strong foundation for the growth into the future.

The group performs Zimbabwe rhumba music, a type of music genre developed in the 1970's and based on African styles. The tempo is neither too fast nor too slow. it is a medium tempo. The lyrics are a mixture of verses and choruses. Each song tells a story with the tempo rising to emphasize the theme. The vocalist sings the theme of the song which is usually some event in every day life.
